We stand behind our work. If we can't solve your email deliverability problem within 14 days of purchase, we'll give you a full refund — no awkward conversations, no hoops to jump through.
Done-For-You Fix Service ($49)
You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
- You paid but we haven't started yet. Changed your mind right after purchasing? No problem — just let us know and we'll refund you in full immediately.
- We couldn't fix the problem. If our initial solution doesn't work, we'll try alternative approaches — such as recommending a different email sending plugin or configuration. If after exhausting alternatives you're still not satisfied, you get a full refund.
- The issue is outside our control. Some problems — such as a domain being blacklisted by a third party, or your hosting provider blocking outbound SMTP connections — cannot be resolved through configuration changes alone. If that's the case, we'll tell you honestly and refund you in full.
- You cannot provide the required access. To fix email deliverability issues, we need access to your domain's DNS settings (via your domain registrar, hosting control panel, or DNS provider). If this access cannot be provided, we cannot complete the work, and we will refund you in full.
- We exceed our service timeline. We aim to complete all fixes within 2–5 business days of receiving DNS access. The majority of this time is typically DNS propagation, which is outside our control and can take 24–72 hours depending on your DNS provider. If we fail to complete the work within a reasonable timeframe for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a refund.
Please note: DNS propagation typically takes 24–72 hours and is controlled entirely by your DNS provider — not by us. This is a technical limitation of the internet's DNS system and does not qualify as a service failure on our part. We will notify you once DNS changes are live and confirm everything is working correctly.
All refund requests must be made within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us via our contact page with your order details. We aim to respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
When refunds are not available
A refund will not be issued if the work has been completed and your email deliverability issues have been resolved and confirmed working. Once fixes are live and verified, the service has been fully delivered.
We also cannot issue refunds for improvements in spam score or inbox placement that later decline due to changes in your sending behaviour, email content, or sending volume — these factors are outside our control after the configuration work is complete.
Monthly Monitoring Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — we do not offer partial-month refunds for a period already billed.
If you experience a technical issue on our end that prevents the monitoring service from functioning correctly, please contact us and we will either resolve it promptly or issue an account credit.
Free Audit
The free audit service carries no charge, so no refund is applicable.
