Email Monitoring · From $5/month

Sleep easy — we test your WordPress email every day.

Email setups silently break — a DNS provider tweaks a record, a plugin update changes a header, an IP gets blacklisted. We run a real wp_mail() test through your site daily and alert you via Telegram, Slack or email the moment anything goes wrong.

What gets checked every day

Standard DNS-only monitoring (HetrixTools, Mailreach) tells you what your DNS looks like. We tell you whether your WordPress site is actually successfully delivering email, by firing a real test through it.

📨

Real wp_mail() sends

A trigger fires wp_mail() on your site (via REST hook or plugin cron). The email arrives at our SES infrastructure where we measure every header, score it, and store the result.

🛡️

SPF, DKIM, DMARC checks

Every audit verifies authentication on the live email — not just the static DNS records. Catches mismatches between what you configured and what's actually being signed.

🚫

Blacklist monitoring

We extract the real sending IP from each test email's headers and check it against 23+ major blacklists. New listings trigger an immediate alert.

⚠️

Instant failure detection

If your plugin's WordPress hook fires wp_mail_failed between scheduled checks, our plugin reports it to us instantly. We alert before the next scheduled check would even catch it.

📈

Delivery history timeline

Every check stored — scores, headers, blacklist hits — so when something breaks you can see exactly when it started and what changed.

🔍

Mailer-config drift detection

Our plugin reports the active SMTP plugin + a hash of its settings. If your team switches plugins or changes the API key without telling you, we catch it.

Alerts where you actually look

Inbox notifications get buried. Get failures pushed to the channel your team actually checks.

Comparison reflects published features as of June 2026. Mailreach and HetrixTools are excellent at what they do — they just don't test the WordPress send path itself.

Common questions

Two paths, picked automatically per site. (1) We POST a signed trigger to your site's REST endpoint, which calls wp_mail() with our return address. (2) If your firewall blocks inbound POSTs, the plugin polls our API every 5 minutes asking "is a check due?" and runs locally when one is. Either way, the email arrives at our SES infrastructure where the audit engine runs the full 8-check analysis.
That's the alert customers pay for. After triggering a check we wait 15 minutes; if the email hasn't arrived, we alert you. This is the canary that DNS-only monitoring tools fundamentally can't replicate.
Three things: (1) listens for wp_mail_failed hook fires and reports them to us instantly, (2) accepts our signed REST trigger to fire scheduled checks, and (3) reports the active SMTP plugin and its settings hash so we can detect drift. Lightweight, no admin UI bloat.
Our plugin's WP-Cron polling mode handles this — your site reaches out to us instead. No firewall changes needed. Sites where neither approach works are flagged as "unreachable" in your dashboard, which is itself useful info.
Yes — register a free account and add 1 site under the Free tier. Weekly DNS-only checks, email alerts only. Good for knowing whether your DNS broke; doesn't catch WordPress-side failures.
Yes — current pricing is launch pricing. Once we have ~50 paying customers we'll raise rates (target: $9 Starter / $19 Business / $39 Agency). Early subscribers are grandfathered at the launch price for as long as they stay subscribed.
Yes — Paddle handles billing. Cancel from your account page, no email back-and-forth. Monitoring continues until the end of the paid period.
First month is fully refundable if monitoring doesn't catch a real failure or you change your mind. After that, cancel any time but no partial refunds.

Don't let silent email failures cost you customers.
