SPF record

Create the record if it doesn't exist. Fix soft-fail (~all) to hard-fail (-all) when safe. Add missing include: mechanisms for all your senders (transactional, marketing, Google Workspace, etc). Flatten if you're approaching the 10-lookup RFC limit.

DKIM signing

Generate keys, publish the public-key TXT record at the right selector, configure your sending provider to sign with the matching private key. Fix duplicated, truncated or malformed existing records (a surprisingly common cause of silent failures).

DMARC policy

Add a DMARC record if missing, or upgrade an existing p=none (monitor only) record to p=quarantine after we've verified SPF and DKIM align — so we're not blocking legitimate mail. Set up aggregate report addresses too.

Header issues

Fix missing plain-text alternatives in HTML emails, malformed From / Reply-To, missing List-Unsubscribe headers, and other deliverability-impacting header problems flagged in the audit.

Re-audit verification

Common questions

We guarantee meaningful score improvement — if after our fix your audit score doesn't go up by at least 20 points, you get a full refund. In practice this rarely triggers; most fixes take customers from 30-50 into the 85-95 range.

Usually no. Most fixes are pure DNS changes that only need DNS access. We only need WordPress access if your audit found header-level problems (HTML-only emails, malformed headers) that require plugin-level configuration to resolve.

Direct registrar / DNS-provider login (Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.) is fastest. If you can't give direct access, you can also paste in DNS records yourself — we'll send you the exact values, names and types to enter, then verify the next day.

Rare but it happens. If the issue is fundamentally outside our control (a hosting provider that refuses to allow SPF changes, for example), we'll either work around it (move you to a setup that gives full control), or refund within the 14-day window.

Yes — we work with all standard hosting setups. cPanel and Plesk both give DNS control by default. For shared hosts that limit DNS access, we often fix the problem by moving DNS to Cloudflare (free) and gaining full control there.

If the audit reveals that your real problem is using your host's SMTP relay (causing IP reputation issues), we'll recommend the bundle with a real transactional mailer. The Fix alone covers DNS and configuration; the bundle includes setting up a proper sending pipeline.
